Everywhere on weekends.

Hashtag Street Food is our food truck, which we’ve been running since 2016. We’re well established around the Bay of Plenty and are out most weekends and throughout summer doing a mix of markets and larger events, especially sports events.

We regularly do Black Caps cricket games around the BOP, Bay of Plenty Steamers rugby games, and endurance events like the Tarawera Ultra Marathon in Rotorua. Over summer we’re also at the Little Big Market at Coronation Park on Saturdays and Dinner in the Domain at the Papamoa Pony Club on Thursday nights. We’re also booked for council events, including New Year’s Eve.

We’re known for good, honest street food ,mainly steak sandwiches and burgers. We’ve also just launched a new burger that’s been a big hit: smashed Wagyu beef with truffle mayo and grilled portobello mushrooms. It’s a bit different and seriously good ,  if you want to try it, you’ll have to catch us at one of those events.

***** I always look for the Hashtag van when attending a local event. Otherwise I enjoy stopping in to the cafe to see what new treats there are to try. They are always super friendly and I love their food! -Jennie Galbreath
